This is a license agreement between you and Mitch Koko (“we,” “us”) for use of the Ritualz habit tracker on iPhone, Android, and the web. By using Ritualz, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ritualz on devices and accounts you control. This license does not transfer ownership of the software.
The Ritualz name, logo, design, app, and source code are owned by Mitch Koko. This agreement doesn’t grant you rights to the brand or the code beyond using the app as intended.
The license remains in effect until you delete your account or we suspend it for violating these terms. If we end the license, your right to use Ritualz ends with it.
Ritualz is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, all warranties are disclaimed — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Ritualz. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the app, if any.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update this agreement. If we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use Ritualz after that means you accept the new terms.
